Guvernul României hotărăște:
Articolul 1
Se aprobă statele de funcții și de personal pentru instanțele judecătorești și parchete, conform anexelor nr. 1 și 2, care fac parte din prezenta hotărâre.
Articolul 2
Prerogativele cuprinse în art. 120 alin. 2 din Legea nr. 92/1992 pentru organizarea judecătorească se exercită de către ministrul justiției, în limita numărului maxim de posturi aprobat.
